- Bulky Item
- Heavy item
- Non standard courier serviced locations (as defined by our preferred couriers)
- Remote location :Remote area include WA, NT, TAS and some non metro areas of VIC, SA, QLD, ACT, NSW – These areas are dictated by the freight companies standard service area charter.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes if the goods do not fit into the standard Australia Post Regular Satchels.

COURIERS
Please be aware that couriers will not call before or at the time of delivery.
The customer is required to have an instruction to leave the parcel, or a calling card will be left for you to collect from the nearest depot. A second attempt at delivery will be at the cost of the customer.

To maintain our fast dispatch service, please place your order online before you come into the store. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will contact you – this will save you waiting around. All orders must be placed online and payed for prior to pick up in store or delivery.
Your order is trackable from the moment we receive your payment. We will send you an email to say your goods have been dispatched. You can then track your shipment every step of the way until it is delivered.
We have an unbelievably low flat rate of $10.95 inc GST for all deliveries Australia wide, conditions apply. We use couriers for 90% of all deliveries.
Our courier partners are Toll express, Australia Post, Fastway couriers, Direct Freight . We aim to deliver your products to your doorstep within 12-72 hours of you placing your order. We guarantee to keep you informed every step of the way till you receive your delivery.
